Industrial Developments

Here you can see some of the Darby Group's industrial developments. The Darby Group has been involved in industrial projects in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. One scheme, Vétoquinol House on Great Slade, Buckingham Industrial Park, won 'Top Merit' in the 2005 Aylesbury Vale District Council Design Awards.

Three more completed commercial schemes are Fortune Park at Fortune Close, Riverside Park, Northampton, Kerstar at Weddell Way, Brackmills, Northampton and Redmoor Link in Milton Keynes. The Darby Group's portfolio compromises approximately 100 properties in a mixture of commercial and residential uses, with the emphasis on industrial buildings.
